Shipping Info: We try and use Royal Mail wherever possible as they have the lowest average carbon footprint for shipments.

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchase, any delays shall be communicated within 24 hours. This is to allow for time between shows or holidays etc.

Orders made from Mainland Europe may take up to 14 days from the initial purchase date and International Customers and may have to wait up to 60 days from date of purchase in order to clear sender & recipient customs. Any and all customs charges are expected to be paid for by the recipient.
Return Policy: Items can be exchanged given they are returned in saleable condition.

Refunds/exchanges will not be issued if any damages are found. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item is not damaged during return shipping.

Any defects found must be reported within 10 days of purchasing the item in order to be eligible for a partial refund/exchange (at buyers discretion).
